Mindfulness for pandemics & crises
These blogs were written during and post the covid pandemic for managing mental health, illness, isolation and fear; and post pandemic recovery. They offer some explanations around why we feel as we do and also how to manage uncertainty; skills which transfer into many areas of life. Studies show that mindfulness practice reduced stress, depression and anxiety in all age groups during the pandemic and has been suggested as a valuable treatment for future crises.
