Retreat Weekend:
Writing Our Own Story

Join us for this exciting weekend at The Golden Grove Retreat Centre, Carmarthenshire.

Myths, stories & legends shape us individually and culturally in ways that are both obvious & subtle.

You are invited to join together in the land of Bards to explore the stories we hear, & the ones we tell ourselves.

Over the weekend you will have the opportunity to take part in:
•    Morning movement, sauna & dip sessions
•    Guided meditations & mythic visualisation
•    Music, sound & dance as storytelling
•    Creating & walking a medicine wheel
•    Mindfulness in nature
•    Evening meditations & stories
•    Fire ceremony to release old stories
•    Journaling activities to start your new story
•    Celebrating our inner creative selves
•    Enjoying nourishing home-cooked meals & snacks

You will have the chance to reflect on which stories support you to grow and flourish, and which are no longer true for you - if they ever were. And all in beautiful & comfortable surroundings overlooking the stunning Carmarthenshire countryside.

This is a rare opportunity to rest, replenish & rediscover what is meaningful for you within a supportive, & nurturing environment with time for fun, shared laughter & companionship.
