Mindful Journeys
This exciting regular morning retreat comprises sound, music, movement, visualisation, storytelling, chanting & drumming. A truly unique experience drawing on my three decades of training in different traditions from Medicine Wheel teachings to the latest neuroscience.

The Evidence For...
This popular online workshop series is an opportunity to examine the latest evidence from researchers and neuroscientists.
​
​Each workshop follows a theme such as how mindfulness improves sleep, or how compassion increases emotional resilience as we explore the science and try some short practices within the context of the latest data.
​
We look at how the evolution of the brain has sometimes caused difficulty for us, and how to harness brain function to our advantage.

Sleep Workshops
Improve Your Sleep with Mindfulness
​
Poor sleep causes physical and mental health problems akin to long term drug or alcohol abuse, according to sleep experts such as Matthew Walker.
Join me for a three hour introduction into:

how to reset your sleep pattern
-
improve the quality of your sleep using clinically researched techniques
-
learn good sleep hygiene
-
practice simple mindfulness exercises you can start using straight away.
You will receive a copy of the presentation, a PDF with useful theory, tips & resources, plus recordings of all the recommended meditation & mindfulness exercises.

This course covers all sleep issues except sleep apnoea.

Free Meditation Sessions
Join me each month for a free, online meditation.
​
Each session lasts 30 minutes and includes a 15-minute practice followed by a 15-minute chat for anyone who wishes to stay.

You can join with your camera on or off & chat either in person or using the chat function.

Zoom links are emailed out the day before.

Retreat Weekend:
Writing Our Own Story
Join us for this exciting weekend at The Golden Grove Retreat Centre, Carmarthenshire.
​
We tell ourselves stories all the time; stories about the past, what might happen in the future, and what type of person we are. The problem is that often these stories are created from other people's truths and ideas, as well as our own truths from a much younger and less wise version of ourselves.
​
This retreat is an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the centre with the invitation to examine our stories & re-write a more helpful & true narrative which will support us going forward.
Using a combination of practices including guided meditations, mindful movement (Qigong Shibashi), sound & drumming, a Medicine Wheel healing workshop, mindful walking / forest bathing, storytelling & writing, we will explore archetypes, myths & stories and discover what they mean for us today. Saturday evening will include the invitation to hear stories around the fire followed by a fire ceremony to release old patterns & welcome new ones. If the weather
is not suitable an indoor ceremony will be offered.
