Arthritis Connect

This is a great resource I have recently become aware of for anyone who has Arthritis or cares for someone with Arthritis. This is their introduction to the service:

"Arthritis Connect is Arthritis UK’s digital community designed to bring people together for peer-to-peer support. It’s a safe, welcoming space where members share experiences, tips, and encouragement on everything from everyday lifestyle choices to preparing for surgery, staying active, and managing life as a parent, carer, or guardian. We also have dedicated areas for members aged 18–25. It is free to join and can be accessed via a browser or through our newly

launched App."
