Mindful Compassion is the skill of being able to be present with whatever is difficult in the moment with kindness for the self & others. Here mindfulness expert, Natalie Snuggs MSc., explores how being less critical & more supportive of ourselves helps us cope better with distress, recover from traumatic events & start to live a life which is more rewarding.
