Mindfulness for sleep

Good quality sleep is vital for our physical & mental health & yet most adults suffer from chronic poor quality or lack of sleep. Mindfulness has been shown to help not just calm the brain to help us get to sleep, but in releasing the correct chemicals when we need them during sleep, & helping us form & maintain the good habits that are needed for regular good sleep patterns.
