Join me for a morning retreat comprising sound, music, movement, visualisation, storytelling, chanting & drumming. A truly unique experience drawing on my three decades of training in different traditions from Medicine Wheel teachings & Celtic mythology to the latest neuroscience. Enjoy: *the chance to unwind in peaceful surroundings in the historic town of Llantwit Major *the gentle vibrations of steel & skin drums, singing bowls, cymbals, chimes & voice *mythic storytelling & guided visualisations *the chance to learn from the ancient medicine wheel teachings & contribute to the creation of the wheel *the opportunity to dance, move, sing & drum *the chance to feel refreshed, healed & invigorated, with a clearer sense of purpose A morning like no other!

Please note that bookings are made under the terms below. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations except under exceptional circumstances. If for any reason a course or workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered.
