Welcome to Stillworks Meditation, where you can experience transformative hypnotherapy sessions online or in person. Natalie, a qualified hypnotherapist, offers personalized one-to-one sessions, starting with a thorough 60-minute consultation to assess what kind of hypnotherapy is right for you and to prepare a three or four session course for you. With a unique blend of traditional hypnotherapy methods and modern, neuroscientific mindfulness techniques, Natalie can help you to: - reduce anxiety & obsessive behaviours - overcome phobias - increase confidence - manage health conditions or chronic pain - learn the PAIN REWIRE hypnotherapy protocol - prepare for stressful or difficult upcoming events -learn techniques you can use at home and in 'real time' Subsequent sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes in length as preferred & include time for discussion, a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy session, short exercises for faster results and breathing techniques as appropriate. All exercises & hypnotherapy scripts are recorded so that you have audios to listen to at home in order to embed the suggestions and use your natural neurogenesis to re-wire the brain to think differently, releasing old unhelpful patterns and creating new ones so that you can live the meaningful, rewarding life you want to live. A course of sessions will usually run for 3 or 4 weekly or fortnightly sessions. Subsequent sessions for hypnotherapy, mindfulness or EFT (Tapping) can be added if further exploration is desired. Please note that bookings are made under the terms below. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations except under exceptional circumstances. If for any reason a course or workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered. Mindfulness & Mindful Movement are safe and effective means to manage stress and improve physical health, strength, and wellbeing. We want you to have the best experience possible, therefore, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by the mental health team / health care provider, we will require you to obtain consent from them to attend this course. If you have any of the following contra indications please either provide a letter from your mental health team / health care provider or by booking you are confirming that you have verbal consent to attend: Epilepsy, Bipolar, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Psychosis. (British School of Meditation requirements) If you have any other medical conditions that may affect your experience of this course please inform us on booking.
