Service Description
Myths, stories & legends shape us individually and culturally in ways that are both obvious & subtle. You are invited to join together in the land of Bards to explore the stories we hear, & the ones we tell ourselves. Over the weekend you will have the opportunity to take part in: • Morning movement, sauna & dip sessions • Guided meditations & mythic visualisation • Music, sound & dance as storytelling • Creating & walking a medicine wheel • Mindfulness in nature • Evening meditations & stories • Fire ceremony to release old stories • Journaling activities to start your new story Pay the early bird price of £375 before 2nd February. From 3rd February the price increases to £405 per head. Please be aware that this is non-refundable unless someone else can take your place. NB: if you are booking more than 6 months in advance please use the calendar on the bookings page to scroll ahead to 18th September 2026 and you will see the date highlighted. Click on this & you can book your place. By booking for this workshop you are agreeing to inform us of any medical conditions that we may need to be aware of in order to ensure your well-being. If you are under the care of the mental health care team, please inform them that you are attending and obtain their consent. This retreat may not be suitable for you if you have recently suffered a bereavement or traumatic event. Please contact Natalie if you are unsure. Please note that bookings are made under the terms below. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations except under exceptional circumstances. If for any reason a course or workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered. Mindfulness & Mindful Movement are safe and effective means to manage stress and improve physical health, strength, and wellbeing. We want you to have the best experience possible, therefore, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by the mental health team / health care provider, we will require you to obtain consent from them to attend this course. If you have any of the following contra indications please either provide a letter from your mental health team / health care provider or by booking you are confirming that you have verbal consent to attend: Epilepsy, Bipolar, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Psychosis. (British School of Meditation requirements) If you have any other medical conditions that may affect your experience of this course please inform us on booking.
