These classes will help you learn how to: *slow down your heart rate & re-regulate your nervous system within minutes *reduce & manage panic attacks *improve your sleep & general wellbeing *use different techniques in practical ways in everyday situations as well as during a crisis *feel happier, more relaxed & more able to enjoy life as well as manage the inevitable difficulties we all face from time to time Life is full of ups & downs & we will all face difficulty at some point. These classes draw on a multitude of clinically tested techniques from both modern science & ancient philosophies to help us not only manage these ups & downs but to live a meaningful & rewarding life. Modern life is a constant assault on the nervous system - we simply haven't evolved as fast as the world has changed, creating stress, depression & ill health. Our nervous systems (and brains) haven't changed much in the last few hundred thousand years; we have more knowledge but the way our systems work hasn't adapted to our modern lifestyle. Neuroscientists & neurobiologists agree that we all need to learn some simple tools to help keep our nervous systems calmer & happier, & our brains less pre-occupied with worries, plans & difficulties. Suitable for all levels of experience, classes are designed to support participants to learn new techniques, practice existing ones & to be kept updated with all new scientific breakthroughs in mindfulness, meditation & breathing techniques. Natalie has over 30 years' experience teaching these techniques & is trained in meditation teaching, MBSR, MBCT, MBCL, ACT, IFS & EFT as well as being a registered hypnotherapist. Book for both the meditation & the mindful movement class & receive a discount of £10 as well as all the benefits of a deeply refreshing & restorative experience each week. How to book for the combined class: book your mindful movement class as spaces are limited & then email me to arrange your discount for the breathwork & meditation class. How it works: we will finish our meditation class at 11:15am, have a 15-min break (during which you have the use of the kitchen to make hot drinks) & then start our movement class at 11:30 am finishing at 1pm. Please note that bookings are made under the terms below. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations except under exceptional circumstances. If for any reason a course or workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered.
