What is Hypnobirthing?

KGHypnobirthing is a complete ante-natal education which gives you, the parent, the tools to give your baby the best possible start in life.

Designed to give the mother a gentle, natural birth for herself and her baby, the in-depth training teaches you:

  • How your body works

  • Choices and information about your birth

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Breathing exercises

It releases your fears and builds your confidence through home practise and helps you develop a positive attitude which transforms your experience of pregnancy and birth.

You remain in complete control during the exercises and this encourages you to feel in control of your birth.

What is different about the KG method?

Unlike other methods, KGHypnobirthing is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives meaning that you can have complete confidence in the training given to your teacher.

All the scripts are easy to follow and practise and use the power of your mind through self-hypnosis to work in harmony with your body, releasing fear and developing empowerment.
