Beginners' Mindfulness Course

Next 5-week course starts June 4th 2025 and will be online only.

Time: 6:30 - 7:45 pm

Cost: £90 for early bird booking

Includes written, audio & video resources for home practice and an optional extra session after the course to plan your own program going forward.

Mindfulness for people with busy minds

This online course is for people who's minds seem to be permanently busy and difficult to settle and who find meditation (or the idea of meditation) impossible.

​

Learn a range of clinically proven alternative practices for different situations that you can start using straight away and that take as little as 3 minutes once or twice a week.

​

Meditation & Mindfulness classes:

These classes are suitable for those with a regular practice who have already completed a taught course in basic meditation / mindfulness techniques.

Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm @ Island House, Llantwit Major - Cost: £40 for 5 weeks.

​Mindful Movement classes:

​

Suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about mindfulness through gentle movement rather than sitting meditations. Accessible for all levels of ability. See separate page for more details.

Daytime classes (90 minutes) combine the Tai Chi Shibashi with ACT based teachings & sitting meditations. Evening class (60 minutes) focuses on the mindful movement.
