8-week Introduction to Mindfulness

Next course: starts Spring 2022

Suitable for anyone new to mindfulness or meditation, or anyone wishing to explore mindfulness in a taught context. This class follows the 8-week MBSR program but in a format which is accessible for those juggling busy lifestyles.

Meditation & Mindfulness classes:

These classes are suitable for those with at least one year's daily practice who have already completed a taught course in basic meditation / mindfulness techniques.

Mindful Movement classes:

Suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about mindfulness through gentle movement rather than sitting meditations. Accessible for all levels of ability. See separate page for more details.
