Beginners' Mindfulness Course

Next 5-week course starts Autumn 2024 and will be online only.

Mindfulness for people with busy minds

This online course is for people who's minds seem to be permanently busy and difficult to settle and who find meditation (or the idea of meditation) impossible.

Learn a range of clinically proven alternative practices for different situations that you can start using straight away and that take as little as 3 minutes once or twice a week.

Self-study courses with videos, audios, written resources, & live Q&A sessions, plus access to regular live classes via zoom following completion of the course.

Meditation & Mindfulness classes:

These classes are suitable for those with a regular practice who have already completed a taught course in basic meditation / mindfulness techniques.

Please speak to me for more details.

Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm @ Island House, Llantwit Major - Cost: £40 for 5 weeks.

Currently fully booked.

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm via Zoom - places available - via Stillworks Community, see separate page for details.

Mindful Movement classes:

Suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about mindfulness through gentle movement rather than sitting meditations. Accessible for all levels of ability. See separate page for more details.

Daytime classes (90 minutes) combine the Tai Chi Shibashi with ACT based teachings & sitting meditations. Evening class (60 minutes) focuses on the mindful movement.
