15 minute practice followed by 15 minute optional chat and Q&A
Service Description
This free session is offered to all mailing list members and website subscribers as a way to connect with each other whilst building and extending our meditation skills. Each monthly session is on a different day and time to enable as many people as possible to attend when able and these are advertised in the monthly newsletter. Join us just for the practice or stay and chat, your camera can be on or off as preferred. Zoom invitations are emailed to everyone the day before. No need to book or RSVP, just come along if you can. I look forward to you joining us soon!

Please note that bookings are made under the terms below. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations except under exceptional circumstances. If for any reason a course or workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered.
